Bootcamp grocery list

Boot camp starts next week and today we got an email from our trainer telling us where to meet for the first group workout and also a grocery list of things we will want to have in our pantry for the recipes that she will give us.
I am really pleased that this is normal fare for my grocery cart each week. I actually eat this healthy all the time now.

Here is the list:

Protein: Fish, Eggs, Chicken Breast, Cottage Cheese, Black beans or pinto beans.

Carbs: Fresh fruits and veggies, beans and legumes, oatmeal, mixed grain bread, whole graine pasta and rice and whole wheat low carb tortillas and pitas.

Fats: Olive Oil, Flax seed

Dairy: Low fat shredded cheese, skim milk, yogurt.

Produce/Misc: Marinara sauce, balsamic vinegar dressing spinach romaine lettuce fresh fruits and veggies (notice she got that on the list twice...) bolt house smoothie mix.
