I have come to realise that "slow and steady" changes is the only way to win the race.

best wishes,
SharonAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3239273361735369973.post-77617610036967924232008-05-31T15:05:00.000-04:002008-05-31T15:05:00.000-04:00Brenda, as Heather said, I think the boot camp was...Brenda, as Heather said, I think the boot camp was a bit extreme and I thought this might be the end result. A program like that is a quick fix. I think some things were good about it but WW and moving your body 5 days a week is the REAL thing. That's the lifestyle change and you can't help but lose weight and become fitter.
No Ribbons today.:( Maybe tomorrow!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3239273361735369973.post-34075135660777183912008-05-31T14:00:00.000-04:002008-05-31T14:00:00.000-04:00Branda, look at all of the inches you are losing. ...Branda, look at all of the inches you are losing. Often in weight loss you don't lose both weight and inches at the same time. I know that seeing the pounds fall off makes you feel good and accomplished but I challenge you to look at the entire picture of your life and the changes you are making. I also felt like boot camp was a bit extreme and totally agree with the dr. that you may be starving yourself. Keep working out, continue to watch your food intake and continue to take your measurments!!!! You are on track, I wish you could read this blog as an outsider (like I do) because you would be so impressed with yourself and the changes/accomplishments you have made and continue to make.

Love ya!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
